How do I remove a stitch when I no longer need it?
Snip it with small scissors or a nail clipper and it comes away cleanly in one cut — no pulling, no stress on the fabric.
Which fabrics can Fixy handle?
From light shirts to trousers, denim, and even curtains — the steel needle pierces light, medium, and thick fabrics. For very delicate weaves like fine silk or loose knits, test on an inside seam first.
Will it leave a mark or hole in my clothes?
The fine needle parts the threads of the weave rather than tearing them. On everyday fabrics, the point closes back up once the stitch is removed.
Are spare needles or extra stitches included?
Your Fixy ships with its precision needle installed and 4,000 stitches in the box — 2,000 transparent and 2,000 black. Official refill packs (5,000 and 10,000 stitches) are launching soon.
Do you deliver everywhere in Egypt? Can I pay cash?
